Mesky99 Posted June 22 Share Posted June 22 Ranji trophy can be interesting at times, this Mumbai batting line up is probably not even in the top 6/7 in terms of quality compared to all the other teams and the bowling is seems below average but they have made it to the finals without much fuss, Kuldeep Sen missing out again explains why this tournament needs a change atleast in overall mindset in which teams go out to play. Teams barely ever play their best team possible due to international cricketers being away, fringe players being away, A team players again not playing and bias selection makes it not worth watching, I wish bcci can find atleast a 3 week match cycle period were all the Indian international cricketers are made to play in atleast 4 ranji games for their respective sides and those fixtures properly marketed, managed with better quality in terms of broadcast. Very boring style of play which doesnt attract a neutral viewer... I would rather have a nice contest between bat and ball & encourage them to go for an outright result.
