This should also include Assam's King Prithu who defeated Bakhtiyar Khalji

We grew up listening to Mahabharat, Ch. Shivaji / Shabhu raje, Maharana Pratab.

I watched TKF couple of days ago and I could relate to everything in that movie.

$hutiye psecularists probably want me to forget how that animal Aurangjeb killed Shabhu raje. This is the history of invaders. So I am not surprised with what happened to Kashmiri Pandits. I said it earlier. This was not the first genocide. Watch this video for those who dont know how this Maratha king was killed.

Animals. psecs , please stop lecturing us. We love the whole world but for a change, stand with us against these barbaric people, invaders. I cannot forget it. It hurts. I always feel why us, why hindus or why indians? What wrong have we done to you? Only justification is you hate us. I might not be practicing hindu now but you hate the hindu culture or the values. I believe in those. We are here to stay, the culture, our values. We aint going anywhere.

Casually checked my local Cinemark. There are shows at 8.55p, 9.20, 9.35, 9.55, 10.20 and 10.35pm. There are only 6-7 tickets available in all these shows together. I heard there were 4,5 shows before this.

This is amazing. Well I checked because I wanted to give it a second shot today. So going for late night show again.

Not shameful actually blaming Bahamani rulers is not worth it..  They were invaders not saints in the first place.  As long as we keep blaming others we will never learn.  History only remembers victors.

You & I probably would be Abrahamaic cult followers if not for Kings like Bappa Rawal in Mewar,  The chalukyans in the Deccan & The Karakota King of Kashmir who defeated Arabs who were on a converting spree in Multan & Sindh after victory of Bin Qasim.  That's when a Arab poet termed these three guys as biggest enemies of Islam & coined the term Gazwa e Hind.  These chapters are not told in our history in school books.  India & Western Europe remained only places in History who managed to resist unstoppable Arab Empire.

In India people instead of praising these guys do cult worship of losers like Prithiviraj & Bollywoodiayas are making a film outta him now.  I am eagerly waiting to see what kind of distorted history they will show us them.  They all blame it on Jaichand who had nothing to with Ghori & actually came so close to defeating him in Battle of Chandwar.  Blaming it all on a Rajput King is all so easy in Marxist history.  Problem in India is people don't know their own history.  Some tiddy bitty King in India is shown as hero & everyone goes happy.

BJP government misleading nation for political benefits: Kashmiri Pandit leaders
‘Exodus not in Congress rule; UPA gave us jobs’

Published 23.02.21, 12:27 AM

Several Kashmiri Pandit leaders have rebutted Union home minister Amit Shah’s claim that the community’s migration from the Valley took place during Congress rule, stressing that it happened in 1990 when the BJP-supported V.P. Singh government was in power.

They have accused Shah of having misled Parliament on this and on the subject of government assistance to displaced Pandit families, asking him not to claim credit for UPA initiatives.

Shah had claimed in the Lok Sabha last week, during a discussion on the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill 2021, that the Pandits were displaced during Congress rule.

“They were not displaced during our time. There was Congress rule; they (the government) could not provide them (with) security and they (Pandits) became displaced in their own country,” Shah had said.

Satish Mahaldar, chairman of the Reconciliation, Return and Rehabilitation of Kashmir Migrants, said the Pandit exodus took place during the tenure of V.P. Singh’s National Front government, which the BJP supported.

“Unfortunately, the BJP didn’t have the courage to pull down the then government on such a national tragedy,” Mahaldar said in a statement.

The BJP and the Left had provided outside support to the V.P. Singh government, which was in power between December 2, 1989, and November 10, 1990. The Pandits’ migration began in January 1990.

The BJP pulled the V.P. Singh government down after L.K. Advani was arrested in Bihar while leading a countrywide rathyatra demanding a Ram temple on the disputed plot in Ayodhya.

Reacting to Shah’s claim that 44,000 Pandit families were being provided with a monthly assistance of Rs 13,000, Mahaldar said Jammu and Kashmir’s relief and rehabilitation department had put that number at 20,889 families.

Mahaldar said Shah was claiming credit for former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s scheme, launched in 2008-09, that announced 15,000 job opportunities for migrant Pandits and accommodated 6,000 Pandit youths in the government in the Valley.

Agnishekhar, who heads the hard-line Panun Kashmir that supported the BJP in the past, too said it was the UPA government that had provided 6,000 Pandit youths with jobs in the Valley and asked the BJP not to claim credit for it. He too said the Pandits had been “forced to leave” during the rule of the BJP-supported V.P. Singh government. “The party (BJP) did not muster the guts to withdraw support to his government,” he said in a video statement.

Agnishekhar said the factual inaccuracies in Shah’s speech were “shameful” and “opportunistic”, and alleged the BJP government was misleading the nation for “political benefits”.

He said the Pandits had hoped the BJP would do something for the community. “We had supported the abrogation (of key provisions of Article 370) on August 5. But what did that yield for the Pandits? We are stuck in August 4,” he said.

“I want to warn Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi and Amit Shah that if such conduct persists, we will condemn your party worldwide.”

The Jagati Tenement Committee Soan Kashmir Front, a group that represents the thousands of displaced Pandits living in Jagti, Jammu, accused the BJP of drawing “political mileage” from their misery.

Shadi Lal Pandita, its leader, termed Shah’s claim of providing cash assistance to 44,000 migrant families a “blatant lie”.

Mahaldar said the UPA government had built 5,242 two-room tenements for the Pandits in Jammu and provided a one-time assistance of Rs 5 lakh to each family in addition to student scholarships, assistance to farmers and other schemes.

“The Modi-led BJP government has been raising our plight at the international level to corner Pakistan. In the country, (it) raises our plight to pin down the Opposition,” he said.

“But in practice, what has it done for the community? It has even failed to constitute an inquiry commission or probe panel to investigate the crimes committed against KPs (Kashmiri Pandits).”

The Pandits have asked Shah to spell out when the BJP would fulfil its promise of resettling them in the Valley.

We know that...  Don't know what you are trying to prove here.  They didn't say that it was not a genocide.

Although these KP's should keep a hand on heart before blaming Amit Shah of all people that is it possible  for him to conjure a spell like Doctor Strange or use Time stone to send them back to Kashmir?  Current situation is hostile.  90% of Kashmiris even if given a choice will not leave their well settled households,  jobs in Delhi or Jammu.  That's ultimate fact.  Yes credit is due for UPA that gave them jobs,  relief funds & shelters by giving quarters but that's their freakin job.  BJP is not kicking them out of quarters or taking their govt. jobs despite local youth demanding equal opportunities.  Do a proper research mate.

There has been a constant misleading agenda is going on saying it was BJP rule. BJP supported VP Singh. VP Singh came into power in December 1989 while BJP wasn't in power. They just supported from outside after a hung parliament to put a government when economy was in turmoil, near bankrupt. J&K had Farooq Abdullah govt in alliance with Congress. Rajeev G was pm from 84 till December 89 and this genocide was the result of long buildup. It didn't happen overnight. Blaming a new pm who was barely a month into the job is ridiculous while giving Rajeev Gandhi and Congress a free ride to whom governor Jagmohan wrote several letters warning about the dangerous situation brewing in the state. Rajeev Gandhi ignored them saying Abdullah is his friend. State govt was complicit, all state machinery was compromised supporting the islamic terrorists. Targeted killings had started to happen much before VP Singh became PM. VP Singh was a weak PM and Islamic sympathizer. He was a replica of Mulayam Singh.  People saying BJP rule. BJP wasn't even in power. They just had helped him form a govt keeping Congress out. First big name killing of Lalaji Taploo had happened on September 14, 1989. Justice Ganjoo was killed a month later. All those weapons, all that brainwashing, radicalism happened during congress govt both at the centre and the state.

The movie has been released on the perfect time. It was stated for a Republic day release. Had it released on R day it would have been buried under election hysteria. Haters would have been saying that it has been made to influence assembly elections. It's message would have been lost.

But now Congress has just suffered multiple humiliating defeats and the morale (& credibility) of liberandus & sickulars are extremely low.

Lol at the telegraph article, the Kashmir genocide and extremist ideology is not even mentioned.

And yes, Congress can take the credits for helping KP, it can start by at leading the discussion on the genocide, and the extremism, and punish the culprits.  But they are silent mode in the past and today. Remember, how Gujarat was communal and the rest of India secular pre-2014? Yet, they won't even talk about Kashmir as communal.

Nevertheless, Congress or BJP are irrelevant in this discussion, this topic is far deeper and older. The 80% Hindu logic is deeply flawed, as it is first factually wrong today and our civilization has been losing despite the majority for centuries.

The details of how almost 300k soldiers stayed behind for 6 months to desecrate and loot the place is something to behold. Even then they were not able to raze that magnificent place. I can only imagine how magnificent it must have been at its pomp.

After the battle of Talikota was lost, the 5 Bahamani rulers and the Nizam of Hyd armies plundered Hampi of it's wealth. Not on;ly looting its wealth and killing civilians, they also destroyed the temple structures idols (Virupaksha, Narasimha) were smashed to damaged structures. They stayed for 6 months in Hampi and cleared all it's coffers. This is totally communal as was the ways of Islamic jihad. Look at Martand Sun Temple, once a beautiful structure exemplifying our cutlure, architecture and knowledge is in ruins, as is Hampi. Bloody soulless animals.

It is said that the from then loot and destruction of Hampi, the Nizam of Hyd built Charminar there using the wealth. After I learnt this, when I visited Hyd, I was so repulsed by iit, that if I dib't have my self-control , I would have spat on it.
