Khota
Elon musk is a hypocrite of the biggest order. This man was facing bankruptcy but sold his carbon credits to get billions of dollars in aid. Would be running a freaking farm in South Africa if it was not the generosity of west that he made his billions.

BacktoCricaddict
Apple: Private Twitter: Private Their company, their rules. DeSantis is the anti-capitalist. Sounds like he wants govt regulation of what Apple can and cannot do with their products? If people want to be on Twitter, they can ditch their iPhones and buy an Android phone. Let market forces dictate whether people want to support the brave people of China to overthrow their govt. The only reason he is getting behind those brave people is because he is wedded to the anti-lockdown philosophy. Would he support them if they were Tibetans or Uighur Muslims or LGBTQ-support groups? Most certainly not. RdS is just another dictator wannabe, albeit a bit more polished than DJT. Avoid him like you'd avoid Covid. PS: FWIW, I have never owned any product emanating from the Apple-cult. Anna, even a private company which gets a lot of government protection for taxation, etc are subjected to scrutiny by the government. Especially if it gets too big and hold a monopoly in the industry. Case in point, AT&T became so big in the 80s, they were milking the public with tariffs, toll fare etc., the anti-trust laws made them disintegrate into 10 different companies, my initial employment here benefitted by such a breaking. Apple being private doesn’t mean they can have their own laws , esp when it comes to impose on public largely. This is just a d1ck measuring contest between Apple and Musk. Nobody will come out a winner. regarding rDs , don’t know much about him to fear him, but he was against any federal mandates for Covid guidelines as it was popular among Floridans. He took to being a populist. But anti-capitalist for a Republican, hard to believe. It’s the Democrats who are anti-business governed by their left fringes. Politicians, R or D, are pro-capitalist towards any industry that supports their POV (or donates to them), but anti-capitalist towards any industry that opposes their POV. He is no different. I understand some sort of regulation if the company is exercising a monopoly, wherein customers have no choice but to pay $$$$ for a particular service (like with AT&T) and cannot get it from a competitor. But not being able to access a specific SM platform on a particular brand of phone? Too bad - go get a different phone. Khota

Just like someone mentioned US had to break Ma Bell down India needs to have true capitalism. Tatas are too big too. Problem is in India bureaucrats run the show and they don't response to public pressure. Even a sensible and middle of the road policy by PM Modi of Atamnirbhar Bharat gets bypassed by these buffoons so that they can get Phoren trips.
