Almost all boxes have been checked, win while losing the toss, win while key players not contributing,  score big and defend big totals, score less and defend low totals, now they just need to chase big totals.

As the pitches get beaten up it will become more and more bowler friendly. RR is in prime position to knock off a few more teams.

Whatta douchebag...  Having a grudge with a 20 year old kid..  Just coz he thrashed him.   His ego got hurt looks like.

Parag is not an angel though. He has a history of picking up troubles on the field. Last year, it was Khaleel. His attitude needs some humility. What pisses people off is that he treats seniors as if they're his friends. The kind of attitude Kohli also had when he was starting out and faced consequences for.

RCB captain Faf du Plessis: It's pretty similar to the previous game. If you hit the deck hard in the first few overs, it is hard to get away. The dropped chance cost us. The top order is a trick we need to fix. You need someone in the top four to bat through and we haven't done that consistently. We tried changing the batting lineup today and we feel that they can try playing positively. Can't go into a shell. (On Kohli) Great players go through phases like this and we wanted to get him in the game straightaway so that he doesn't sit in the sidelines and think about the game. It's a game of confidence.

All they have to do is not to lose wickets not even score 60 runs in 6 overs. Even 25/0 in 6 overs  they could have won with players in the back end

Kohli was a bit different... He liked to show his Delhi wala attitude before getting schooled by OG Gambhir.   I didn't like the way Harshal charged towards Parag though..  Umpire got in the way I guess.  Parag was going back in the dugout before he stopped.  Anyways Harshal has gone through a family tragedy so can't be harsh on him.  Could be heat of the moment thing.  But should have shaken hands at least at the end of the game.  Sportsman spirit is something.

Yes...some words were exchanged, who instigated first not known.

What it seemed to me: Harshal mumbled some maa-behen. Pretty normal. Parag over-reacted by calling Harshal back and even came after him as if he was some junior Pakistani player. Then, some intervention.

Harshal is a pretty cool guy. Even if he had said something, it should've been taken as a sign of frustration and failure by Parag. What's the need of challenging and going after a senior player over such a trivial matter?
