Mukesh Chaudhary reminds me of a young Jimmy Anderson.

Strategy no. 469

Hype up 90% of all upcoming young players so that you can say - "See I told ya" once one of them actually achieves something.

Classic Maniac.

@maniac hypes up 90% of upcoming talents, so he gets nearly 5-10% right, the rest 10% are hyped up by @Ankit_sharma03 so he never gets anything right.

Ankit needs to learn from maniac, increase his sample size, then maybe even he will be right once in a while.

Hype is worth it when there is good performance on show, you rate or hype a bowler on the skill sets which he posses and then on pace/accuracy and wicket taking ability, atm mukesh seems to be ticking all the boxes, infact all the newer pacers this year have incredible skillset whether it's dayal, Mohsin, Mukesh or simarjeet, the ones which were massively overrated after hitting some decent speeds were nagarkoti and mavi, both lacked skill set.

Disagree on Mavi. He can be very good in sc conditons. He is more in the mould of Umesh and Shami. Very good athlete too.

I think mavi just floats without much effort, he's okay when he hits the pitch hard but I don't think he is capable enough, his stock ball is quite average.

he is still performing for them , but they really liked sam curran............i hve a feeling they ll use him as his future replacement.

Sam Curran opted out of the IPL. Other teams can pick him too in future auction. Yesterday, CSK needed a proper third fast bowler. Bravo is now a slower ball specialist.

With Mukesh-Chahar already in CSK next yr they shud look for a high pace hard length bowler to compliment them

Sam curran will do bravo role.

Like other franchises they ll also be given extra pocket next yr...it all depends how many players they want to buy next yr. In mini auctions they have spend huge on even guys like K Gowtham n benched him, coz they didnt needed much players to buy in auction. Also having a feeling they might end relation with jaddu with news fo rifts floating around, if that happens that ll open up their pocket big time
