Quality Gujaratis will always support GT

One has to be deranged to be a Gujju and go to a stadium with 110+ ppl and support RR (It would be like going to Wankhede in 2011 to support SL)

Fair point. Also the successful  franchises have a lot of regional support CSk, Mi,RCB and maybe KKR

Dc, Hyderabad, Punjab etc don’t have that following.

It will be good to see teams with a rabid fan following

Congrats @zen. Very difficult to stop GT chasing a target. RR are already on the backfoot

It depends upon the score being chased (and of course dew)

But SDP has luck similar to Dhoni (recall Sanga winning the toss in 2011 final) so let’s hope for the best!

In which world have RcB been a successful franchise? They’ve won nothing 15 years running…

They are successful because they have loyal fan base and also they do well in brand endorsements and other stuffs.

Successful in terms of fan following and rabid support. Wasn’t I clear there? Anyways that’s the point I was making.
