Do you expect him to say yes China is uninterested its upto US and India now to help SL as they please ? Can he say something like that as a countries leader ? How immature. Immature is that you can't see the difference between quoting say some infrastructure project or other investments done in south Asia with respect to being 'interested' in the region vs. border clashes pertaining to territorial disputes...
