We are talent bankrupted in fast bowling, it's simple as that.

Indeed !

Which is why we have won 2 consecutive Away Test Series in Australia in the last 3.5 years while talented nation has lost to Australia even at home. !

And which is why we have drawn a test series in England recently !

We won all those tests by black magic !

The simple snd short answer is the make the quick bowlers play more and more white ball cricket.

Create a pool of 10 quick pacers.

Play them in white ball cricket at every opportunity. (  IPL, Low profile bilatersls, A-Team ODIs, VHT, SMAT )

Maybe half of them will fail as they will lack white ball temperament ... like say a Saini.

The other half may become good white ball bowlers.

P.S ... Bowling basics are needed to become good white ball bowlers too. Which is is why all of them must play sufficient FC cricket. This is not happening.

thats not enough , time they start playing leagues abroad- naseem shah and rauf did that .....................BCCI shud allow them. Competition is so tough for even IPL sides and low profile bilateral that half will end up on bench even if they get selected . A team has to keep itself above player development so they can only give u very limited chances

Saini came back from playing in english county.............he had a horrible time in white ball but wud have learned a lot

Playing foreign leagues is not allowed. So, no point thinking about that.

And there is another flipside. Many players who play foreign T20 leagues lose focus or lose interest in international cricket, especially red ball cricket.

I think our quicker pacers can still be made to play more white ball cricket if there is better player management at pre-international level.

Where is this notion about steam being super fats coming from ?????

Seriously he only averaged 138 or so even in his peak. He is fast but yea only when he wants to ramp it up. Just like bumrah and Cummins.

Bottomline is we have to look for bowlers who can crank it up when needed rather than someone who clocks 150 clicks.  In current set up one guy who can't do to save his life is Bhuvi. Even harshal , Arshdeep has touched mid 140s when needed. When it comes to maintaining good speeds it is Shami for sure. He may not touch like 150 kph. But he sure can maintain 140 k for long periods even in Tests. Kudos to him. Sadly his stock deliveries in tests are buffet balls in T20.

Pakistan are the most talentless unathletic bunch of Incels I have ever come across. Maybe due to inbreeding? Ruined their genetics. They haven't even won a test match in Australia which is the toughest place to tour apart from India ofcourse. For Asian countries, Australia is the pinnacle.

Thats what happens when you play a bunch of phasst trundlers. Such a joke. Headless chickens. These are what we call speed gun fodders. These parkies are genetically weak. Not once was any of their bowlers able to generate consistent bounce.

Indian bowlers even with average height generated steep bounce. Such is the power disparity.

Pakistan bowlers were always known for bowling full length targeting stumps including Akram/Akhter rather than exploiting the bounce.  Even the current lot is full of skiddy customers may be with exception of Shaheen. In T20 it might work given that batsmen will take risk. But this type of bowling will not bother anybody in longer formats.

Hey express you don't know what you are talking about..

Bowling two 2 over spells is the real deal for phast bowling ... bowling 15 over spells across two innings is over rated... ok...

Pak has junoon jazba misbah... ghosth in their biryani and atmi taakath in their back side to bowl phast 2 over spells.

bowling 15-20 overs per day is for peasants.... if it were up to me, I'd bowl 2 overs, shoot my load quickly, and then take a nice long rest. this is what most players from some (unnamed) parts of SC are doing nowadays
