Md Siraj : Can he be our next multiformat star bowler ?

Siraj’s weakest format is t20. Sure he will have that game where he will run through top order but he is a must in ODIs and tests.

if you want a long career out of him then keep him away from t20s.

We need to keep trying other options that fit.

on a similar note Arshdeep should only play t20s for now and shouldn’t be part of odi or test set up.

Prasidh will be good in ODIs and not sold for t20s

phase Bumrah from ODIs and let him play t20s and tests.

management of resources is where we failed not in the lack of talent department.

Afridi is much younger.  Siraj is in his peak years.

It's sad that Siraj is already 28 years old (soon will be 29)..but has not even played 30 games in either of the format.
One big injury and he can potentially turn into another Saini, waiting in wings forever. Hope he remains fit for whatever 4-5 years he has left in tank.
