We Need SKY in Playing XI

Gill is undroppable now and Rohit is the captain, they aint going anywhere.  And tbf to Rohit this being a home world cup there is definitely place for him

I agree SKY should in the 11, at 4 ideally, but it cant happen unfortunately.

 

SKY has to be a bit more selfish in ODI.  Selfish i mean he has to learn to protect his wicket for longer periods. Once he establishes his place then he can switch back to his T20 style. If you want to cement a place you need some big knocks.

Correct he should learn from the uncles to go tuk tuk for long periods and get a run a ball 50+ scores first, then he can go T20 mode after this.

 

Problem is, is that uncles chew up so many balls, that SKY has to go into beast mode the minute he arrives.

Rohit sharma doesn't deserve to be in the ODI squad (based on his abysmal fitness and body language ...dont care about his "stats") let alone be in the starting XI and let alone the freaking captain of the side. 

 

Kela Rahul should have been dropped from all formats by now but he is likely going to keep Kishan out of the side. 

 

Ideally this could have been our settled down world cup starting XI if the TM had a couple of functioning brain cells and the seniors had some dignity.

That fantasy team would win the WC for India. Gill, Iyer and SKY to follow the LR openers is very strong. The middle order of Pandya and Sundar gives depth.
