Mariyam
The Salman cameo is so so. Just some nostalgia for the old timers. Doesn't add much to an anyways non existent script.

As a youtuber rightly said if this film had ANY other lead actor, it would have crashed so hard at the BO, but the SRK star power is what is making it what it is now. No matter how ghatiya the product is hum to bhagegein star ke peeche- this star obsession with indians regardless if its cricket or bollywood needs to stop

Pathan is 90% fake cgi on green screen and photoshopping SRKs face on body double as he is too old to do action Cant believe someone is actually comparing ghatiya bollywood product with a $170 million (1700 crores) budget hollywood film

LordPrabhzy
Chinese films matching Hollywood when it comes to excellent CGI and special effects to give a realism feel- till Bollywood starts investing 1000/1200 crores as a budget for a film regularly our product will always be inferior

A single market of 1B people. So they can pump this much money in a single film. Indian market is fragmented. Divided across regions and languages. Very difficult for gigantic blockbusters to come out from India. Only possible in rarest of rare cases.

Im talking about the screenplay and the use of real life locations, good CGI and screenplay. If your film can give the Avatar or Top Gun level of cinematic experience then as long as you dub it in the other languages you can still make a tonne of money. As i said the focus seems to be on what star to cast or which market they want to cater for rather than focusing on the product to make it rival hollywood. If Indians pay money to watch Marvel and Avatar why would they not pay to watch the same concept from the Indian market- BUT it has to be done properly. Not Aadipurush style... LordPrabhzy
Currently watching Pathan… after the first half the ghatiya CGI still boggles me.. like how does Bollywood think it can get away with badhe illogical ghatiya action sequences.
