Not just recent flops in Tests. That is a poor average over a period. He still has a lot to prove in Tests. He needs a terrific run like 3 or 4 fifties couple of centuries like that. Texan Posted March 17 Share Posted March 17 KL has done well as a middle order batsman in ODIs while also being the designated keeper. That does not and should not imply he should open in ODIs or T20s or Tests. He is a $hit show as an opener. He should be kept as our designated keeper batsman in ODIs at least for now.
