Women playing competitive sport is a rare sight in countries like India. But with time when all the said countries raise their game to level of first world countries, then you wont see such one sided competitions anymore. Its easy to stand out when the competition is weak. The Men's Aussie team of 2000's was a great team because it was the best among equally good teams. So comparing this Aussie womens team to their mens team isnt valid. All the developed countries have the first movers advantage in everything.

England/NZ are good teams as well. OZ is far better than them as well.

True but it is easy to stand out among 2-3 teams. The higher the competition the harder it gets to stand out. Bradman too benefited due to this.
