Massive workload for NZ bowlers. They pulled it through. Credit to southee to maintain his fitness. Although clocked 125 to 130 he still could bounce people out.

1st odi currently underway. It seems Rachin Ravindra from Nz is a better AR compared to our fraud Ravindra Jadeja who has been playing intl cricket for 15 years with zero return.   Decend find for Nz.

SL are still a competitive side in asian conditions though.   particularly when there is something for the spinners or on big grounds like UAE where their spinners are always in action.  One big USP they hv is their batting depth which goes upto no.11.    Agree, they are a *** team in SENA. (In LOIs)

They do keep out Chandimal - who is tailor made for ODIs and one of the few proven batsmen they have..... not sure why. He is not favored in their establishment for sure.
