It still doesn't explain how Tamil Nadu is surviving on handouts of National taxpayers when states less than it generates.

Which law or article of Constitution declares that the states are supposed to get back in return whatever they generate?

IMO the best CM Karnataka had in my memory was SM Krishna. Yes there was corruption - but nothing that wasn't already happening already during Bangarappa's reign (IMO most disastrous reign that created this pathetic mafia of govt agencies). The city moved forward amazingly well.

Yes, one of the best clean CMs of Congress

Wonder what PTR does...

Or rather what the Dmk do with Ptr.

I get a feeling this will be drip fed by bjp for months.

If it was fake PTR would go to court for fabrication. Both Annamalai and Savukku.

PTR will not challenge it in courts.

Won't make an iota of difference to the Tamil people. They know that both DMK and AIDMK are rotten to the core. They are more scared about losing their freebies and having to work for a living. It is convenient to be a victim always. They have learned well from the Islamists and Periyarists.
