Its a hit list and very dangerous. If they come back in power, they will be completely vindictive, full of hatred and restore the pre-2014 era. Democracy cannot be the reason to vote for them ever.

We dont want the return of monopoly media , where the select few control  it whole

We saw a trailer of that when they almost lynched Arnab Goswami. That was Uddhav Thackrey alone with the NCP. Imagine if they are at the centre!

I think it was 'revenge' move by the Shiv Sena, because Arnab spent months on prime time during the lock-down, when everyone stayed at home and watched TV, insinuating that Aditya  Thackrey was behind Sushant Singh Rajput's death.

If they were at the centre, and Arnab's Republic TV would sing paens to the greatness of the Gandhi Nehru Thackeray Stalin parivaar or whoever is the government. That's what newscasters do.

What could be the impact on Lok Sabha ? Or even the next state elections if they continue together

BJP had 26 seats in 2019. After 2023 assembly elections, they are not expecting to repeat 2019 results. Key in 2019 was JDs cutting into Congress votes. With seat sharing of 23-5, they can expect at least 20+ seats from Karnataka, very crucial in the end.  BJP vote share of n Kar  has not changed in 2023 compared to 2019. Only JD votes went to Congress. For JDs, only alliance with national parties is crucial for its survival

Some are too naive to understand it... Same Republic,  ANI would do non stop bhakti of Gandhi Family if they are in power.

Aroon Poorie of India today is most notorious of them all in changing tunes.

AIADMK is out of NDA, they didn’t have a choice. After Jaya they are fragmented and can’t survive with BJP. They are like the third wheel now. DMK have claimed the Dravidian space, while the soft Hindutva they were claiming has a stronger alternative in BJP. BJP will have to construct a caste alliance that AIADMK has. It will take a few cycles for BJP to do anything in TN.

I like the clarity from centre. This is a long fight. 2031 realistically. More than anything they are backing Annamallai.

IMO Annamalai is amazing. A better PM pick than Yogi - although northies will never pick a South Indian as PM. Still he is young and if he can turn TN around, he should be a strong contender.

How ? Yogi has won two elections in UP where no government has won an election as an incumbent in the last 30 years. Let Anna win elections, otherwise there are a lot who can talk, but will not be able to walk.

Its impossible for a non Dravidian party to win TN anytime aoon.BJP will be lucky to win 2 seats in the loksabha election.

Seems like we had only two from south. One got lucky because of chaos around him.

Cannot be compared with Yogi but he has gargantuam task. He has to build an electorate and change the politics of state very carefully crafted over 50 years. Its an 8 year project and I believe he is the man who can do it.
