The current govt absolutely said they want to keep it low so they trading for oil from Russia they could have stuck to Middle East only but they didn’t. Adani is not even the biggest infra builder in India Tata, L and T, GMR etc. Phone bill ? India has enough diversity in telecoms we have combination of govt and private sector.
