Yes, H1bs having a child in US will not be automatically a citizen. Your tweet said they can’t apply of GC and turn citizens. That rule is not correct. They can all become naturalized citizens . But that process takes forever due to backlog. One thing that stops is employees of Indian consulting companies going onsite for pregnancy tourism. That has stopped .
