Data speaks for itself, Pakistan has 20% obesity. India has much lower obesity %.

 

Atleast do some research before making false claims. Internet and data is available readily across the world to validate the tall claims. World isn't stuck in 1980's anymore where Zia Ul Haq can make tall claims and whole world will believe in it without checking.

 

Also, India isn't vegan. There is a massive difference between veganism & vegetarianism. But I don't think you would know about it. Your science textbooks and education system are waste.
