Data speaks for itself, Pakistan has 20% obesity. India has much lower obesity %.

Atleast do some research before making false claims. Internet and data is available readily across the world to validate the tall claims. World isn't stuck in 1980's anymore where Zia Ul Haq can make tall claims and whole world will believe in it without checking.

Also, India isn't vegan. There is a massive difference between veganism & vegetarianism. But I don't think you would know about it. Your science textbooks and education system are waste.

Can't blame him, Pakistani internet is stuck in the 1990s

Some Pakistanis(British Pakistanis included) are just  beyond reason.  They have the higher rates of obesity , one of the highest rates of diabetes in the world and then point fingers at India.

Basic math and logic is beyond their cognitive ability

Irrespective of the end result of this test,  it's time to laugh at the Pooks.  The way they hv been batting on the National Highways at home & getting owned by every visiting team(incl. 9th ranked toygers) is laughable.

How are Indian vegans? Don't use words you don't know the meaning of.

Most of the Indians I know where I live do strictly follow a vegan diet, just basing it off my own interactions. I was told by an Indian acquaintance that eggs are also avoided.

Vegans don't use milk products. Even vegetarian Indians are some of the largest consumers of milk, ghee, curd, paneer etc in the world.

Vegetarians and vegans are not the same thing. This is what happens when you are on online forums in your classroom.

Food habits vary across the Geo's

Primarily states at the Western side, you will find % of vegetarians on higher side. Keep on moving towards east and the % of vegetarians will keep on declining.
