Shadab was the biggest letdown this tournament. If he plays like this in the WC and is also a sure starter, absolutely no chance for Pak. Chacha bowled so well on the same pitch yesterday.

Pakistan doesn't have direct flights to SL? What a wasted expense. All that extra travel (to-fro Pak via Dubai) just to play 2 games in Pakistan only to end up not even making the finals.

Kohli, Siraj, Bumrah, Kuldeep, Hardik are all first choice buddy. I would argue even a fit Shreyas is.

 

That said, it was a humbling loss and we will still keep selecting frauds like Jadeja.

 

Already shows like cricbuzz are talking about replacing thakur with Axar in the full strength XI.

 

Selection policy seems to be - play Jadeja at 7 at all costs and then find a place for others.  Sad time to be an ICT fan.

Kohli, Bumrah, Siraj, Pandya and Kuldeep were missing.  Kuldeep is the highest wicket taker of the tournament.   But for you, "Ind missed only 2 first choice players"     Hv u done sasta nashaa?

Bangladesh rested 2 first choice players (Taskin and Shoriful)  While India rested 5 first choice players. It was obvious that Ind would lose.  I was expecting Ind to lose by 50+ runs. Which did not happen.
