ravishingravi Posted June 12, 2025 Author Posted June 12, 2025 Too many non shocking shockers in the interview. What avtime to be alive.
ravishingravi Posted August 29, 2025 Author Posted August 29, 2025 For me, based on what I have seen over last few weeks, US hegemony is over. There are two top dogs. Distant aspirational third dog. And then piddis. If Eurasia comes together at some functional level, then that's end of west which is in complete decline. Ignore the noise. Trend is clear.
ravishingravi Posted September 11, 2025 Author Posted September 11, 2025 Empire is slowly winding down.
ravishingravi Posted October 22, 2025 Author Posted October 22, 2025 Well I have some news. It's already over. China has them by the balls. singhvivek141 1

Trump did the unimaginable...he for sure deserve a Nobel Prize for it. China is having them by balls, Russia is threatening them with its missiles. Iran is making fun of US regime and Israel too is now frustrated with him post the ceasefire attacks. Single handedly he weakened the relationship with India & Brazil. Wont be surprised if tomorrow Australia too fall in Chinese pocket. ravishingravi 1

Trump has already jeopardized college education with his anti H1B stance. There are many tier 2 universities that heavily rely on international students for income. If students skip US for other options, that will hit the education sector hard, and I'm not sure if US can afford this since they already have such a massive external debt. US can afford anything and can attract talent whenever they feel the need. 50+% American Gen Z want to become influencer so there will always be be demand for Indian skills. whatever is happening right now is just a phase.
singhvivek141 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 American Hegmony has gotten a new life. They have showed thr world again why theyre the sole superpower. Not only militarily or economically but also diplomatically. China and Russia both have gotten hit in reputation, world may fear that they wont be able to come and defend them. While all noise is concentrated towards Iran I believe Brazil & Cuba are at the most challenging place. Sitting at the backyard of US, they cant afford to challenge US anymore as none of the above mentioned powers will come to their rescue when the situation becomes grim.

If one falls for the shock and awe, this is true. Otherwise, nothing has changed apart from explicit drawing of lines by US. America and Americans are all about bluster. They have no wont a war of any note since world war II.

Iraq War, Afghanistan War...these 2 will go in as victory of US. One secured Oil reserves in ME and scared the OPEC, other, they stopped USSRs expansion into Afghanistan, thereby killing any possibility of cooperation between India & USSR.

IndianRenegade Posted January 21 Posted January 21 If US hegemony comes to an end in our lifetime this will be the speech which would be referred to, who would have thought that Canada of all countries would have belled the cat! diga and ravishingravi 1 1

This was stunning. In candour, tone, content etc etc. The fact that this speech has happened suggests that rules based order is over. Basically beginning of the end of Americsn hegemony.
