He needs heavily favourable conditions to succeed, once bowl stops moving he will pull his lengths back.

 

He is too skillful for the domestic batters who will poke everything even at 120k...international batters will cash on him once the movement dies down. In 2022 T20 WC same thing happened, by third over everyone was bashing him left & right.

Ranji Trophy pitches have so far has swung from absolute patta's to green mamba's..very less in between. Either scenario is not ideal.

 

Pitches where 250-400 scores are competitive is the ideal way to move ahead, but here either were seeing teams scoring 400+ or getting bowled out for less than 100.

 

Uttarakhand vs HP is what I consider a good encounter, both teams scored close to 250 in their respective first inns & are comparable in strength as well.

In comparison TN vs Tripura or Manipur vs Vidarbha are pretty one sided & boring.

His lack of pace is his strength ,very difficult to time or punch his deliveries specially on slow tracks,to score against him they have to use the long handle.
