Legacy - constipated face when in losing situation. We have had too many under these since the beginning. Achieved nothing noteworthy. They almost achieved the ultimate humiliation of losing to Bangladesh which in hindsight should have happened. India shouldn't have escaped easily.

They are hyping Axar a little.too much as a batsman. Much better for  a lower order. But he.isnyet to make a 100 at this level. Even Jaddu took a while. His primary skill has to be top notch or else he needs to score a 100 alteast

He's better batsman than Jaddu on these pitches. Decisive footwork and attacking mindset v spin. I'll take him over some specialist bat like current Iyer too. Atleast he offers left handed advantage.

Being better than Current Iyer cannot be a reason why anyone should be picked. He bats very well for a no.7 or no.8 batsman. But for a no.6 batsman he is completely unsuitable. He has 1 century in first class average 35. That doesn't cut it.

For a batting AR it does. We need better batsmen first then move to ARs

Batsmen shoudl be able to make 150, 200. Anything less is not acceptable. 40, 50 is better than 25. But it is still not 150.
