Most ICFers know, but general public doesn't. This should become viral soon. There has to be some closure to this, if this means permanent ban of these 2 scumbags from anything associated with Indian cricket, so be it.

No accountability for that farce of a final till date.

Quaking in their boots about playing Starc and Cummins when our youngsters pwned them in their own backyard in Perth.

We are not going to win anything till these coward seniors retire.

This loss was entirely on Dravid and Rohit, i am surprised these 2 idiots haven’t been called out. Dravid thought this Australia was like 2003 aus who bullied dravid and co. Dravid kind of players are so meek that he doesn’t believe that we can win against aus on fair pitches . Our team was so in form that we would have bullied and thrashed Australia like no tomorrow, this was even biggest opportunity lost or kind of same as ct 17 final. Chokli , Sharma and Dravid shouldn’t have got any leadership role due to that.

Combo of Brave and sensible Kaptann and coach is quite rare, more so with Indian cricket

We can count guys on fingers who have been brave in Indian cricket, while being meek coward is perceived as being sensible

They loose all their marbles with an iota of pressure applied

Dravid is super fool who thinks very high of himself,he's again going to play his "play sensible, play experience, play seniors, play safe" role in yet another WC coming next

If we were really that good we should have won regardless of the pitch.

We lost because our middle order s*at the bed after Rohit got out, despite a strong start. We all saw the scared look on their faces in the middle overs. The only glaring weakness which we had i.e. the weak lower order, came to bite us in the ass in the crunch final.

Also, Pandya getting injured was a massive blow. SKY wasn't a reliable batter and couldn't even bowl. We could have accomodated Ashwin in place of Siraj if we had Pandya, strengthening both batting and bowling.

If that garbage pitch had behaved the same way for the entirety of the Australian innings, we would have won comfortably. All we needed was a pitch that would be the same for both teams. Fattu Dravid unnecessarily pressed the panic button and robbed us of a deserved WC title.

Backup of Pandya should have created by consistent backing

We put all our eggs on one basket Pandya

Venky Iyer even though not comparable bowlingwise ,still could have been better altogether in Panduas absence

no pitch was only thing. We played like fattus and deserved to lose. There is no excuse for innings KL played on any pitch.

Yeah, he could have scored an extra 20-25 runs easily. SKY was another dud. He just fooled around and failed to contribute.

The world cup loss was on Rohit , he threw his wicket away when it was not needed, It was final, he needed to stay there in the wicket.  Plus this nonsense about pitch along with his captaincy.

Atleast he gave a quick start. Rahul batted as if they were throwing bombs

Come on,  this shouldnt be surprising for anyone. this isn't news.  The ICC pitch guy was sent away 2-3 days before the final and BCCI stated that he's not need anymore lol.  And then he was brought back on the final day just to show himself.

Regardless, India played on similar pitches before the final as well ala first match india vs Australia at chennai and the India Pak game on same pitch in Ahmedabad.  Just that india won the toss on both occasions and chased.  This time in the finals, they lost the loss and lost the match.  Nothing new.

Rohit is not in the team for providing just quick starts this is not t20.

Rohit has been doing opposite of what needed to do, he needed to provide quick starts in t20 but he bats under 100 SR on flat pitch in t20 semifinal.

Rahul are you surprised he choked under pressure, he is glorified DK who cannot do well under pressure.

Rohit was weong with pitch selection but not with batting. His strategy in the wc was to hit out. He gave a good start he could have played with much maturity but thats how it turns out if you play fast and risky inning, nevertheless he gave a good and fast start. Rahul and Sky completely messed it up.

I have said it many times , since 2013, in knock out in odis Indian batting is all about Rohit and Kohli. And Kohli in t20s.

If they don't take India to atleast safety , India is not winning anything. No batsman has won any Knock out match for India other than these two.If they flop or if they are even below par like they were in finals, it is a given loss.

These Iyers, SKYs and Rahuls are not going to win India any knock out match on their own. They could be complimentary at best but not main acts.

Rohit was banking on Kohli to come thru as usual again which was a mistake. It is okay to change game plan in finals.

Australia took a punt on injured Head to come thru and he did in finals.

India took a punt on SKY, who now looking back looks like another version of DK.he cannot handle pressure and is not enough to play in longer formats.

I thought he really be the Xfactor for India but just like Gill he turned out to be a dud.

We keep blaming same two guys.

Gill choked in the finals with a meek dismissal but played a critical knock which gave us good momentum in the semifinals. SKY was an utter dud and did exactly the opposite of what was hoped from him in the final.
