If he is not in rhythm or not running quick, he won't even touch 140's. I think last year he was bowling in late 130's as well when his runup was not proper.

I am not expert but Mayank’s action gives me perception that he may get some reverse swing in test for fuller bowls..if that happens..he will be bowling toecrushers..

Difficult to get swing with his bowling action and speed.Akhtar could get swing because of his slingy action

The thing that goes against express pacers like Umran and Mayank is use of pace behind the wickets by the batsmen which is because boundaries behind the striker are always small. Like in today's game, boundaries behind the wicket are 53 meters. Batsmen can easily use pace and get six with big bats and small boundaries.
