Long back I mentioned this... I have been lucky enough to find a reliable local coffee grinding store and buy once/twice a week. Also use an airtight container to retain the freshness. cowboysfan Posted March 19 Posted March 19 so far loving Indian specialty coffee ,lots of great roasters all over the country and they are doing the same fermentation experiments like the rest of the world.you dont need need fancy equipment to try this either, get a good manual grinder and a V60 and get your mind altered by amazing indian coffee.I recommend Savorworks roasters if you want to try a really good roaster to start off.

Where do you store the roasted beans? Room temperature or fridge or freezer?
