If Rahane can, surely he can as well. But I doubt any franchise gives him a leadership position. He isn't suited to be a leader just like Jadeja. He had everything going for him and got numerous chances, but his timidity got the better of him. Hopefully, he acts as a lesson for others, and they learn that playing it safe every time is not the way to go forward. But Indian selectors also need to start rewarding selfless players who play for the team instead of for stats. JaFanatic and cricspirit 2
