If Rahane can, surely he can as well. But I doubt any franchise gives him a leadership position. He isn't suited to be a leader just like Jadeja. He had everything going for him and got numerous chances, but his timidity got the better of him. Hopefully, he acts as a lesson for others, and they learn that playing it safe every time is not the way to go forward.
