Well, the blame must also go for the brainless "Tera aukaat kyaa hein"  mantri that gave the mandatory rest for pilots order arbitrarily down the throats of Air lines.

Most dictatorship end up badly...China is not a dictator until now..it's one party..there is intra party rivalry..it has its own problems.  Plus India is more corrupt ..our leadership is more greedy ..it would be more like Paksitan if we go down the path
