If BJP is doing so, Mamata did so, Congress did so (all recently) I do not understand why and how. Has our constitution changed? Who and when some clause act got introduced which is allowing this.

 

 

GoI is creating a opressed class and calling it a General Category. WOnt be surprised that one fine day, General Category students end up rising against Reservation and doing Bangladesh if  Deep State CIA plans. We need to plan against this.

BJP is desperate to win MH, that’s all. Ajit Pawar’s NCP gets Muslim votes.

My point is, Its constitutionally, legally not allowed. So how come they are promising and implementing it. Has something fundamentally changed with our constitution?

There are loopholes. The Muslim quota law specifies sub-castes of Muslums (pasmanda) and not all Muslim upper castes. They are given some 4% out of the OBC quota, they will reduce percentage from other categories . If they include all Muslims like Karnataka Congress is trying to do, a PIL  in SC will quash it, like it did in many states. Hence, they include low-caste Muslums in the quota law Samajvaad is a boon for politicians (all parties) in India. Tod-marodte raho. Keep including more castes into the big bucket of OBC. They all should be worshipping B.P Mandal of the original Janata Party and VP Singh for making it a countrywide law. Earlier, different states like TN had already implemented Mandal type quota .

Surprised that you don’t know about Dilip Mandal till now. He’s a notorious casteist , he’s not even SC/ST , but a Bheem army colonel. 
 

I can’t see why he is a lateral entry candidate, but mainly to handle casteist politics that RaaGa is playing. Reactionary move, until I get some from the IT cell masterstroke  advisory board. He’s more reasonable than aazaad Raavan guy. Maybe Modi can convert him to be a Hindutvawaadi

Modi himself is one of the most casteist PM in recent memory... I think he has drifted the other side a long time back.

He is an astute  politician first. Read up on how BJP won 2017 (UP), 2019 and 2022 (UP) mobilizing SC/ST votes cut from BSP. Akhilesh played the same game in 2024 to cut BJP MP seats in UP. Now, they know the game. Just that Modi will play dirty for caste politics. Is hamam sab nange hain!

BJP is really scared of Congress and RaGa. Threw Kangana under the bus just like they did to Nupur Sharma. They are scared to lose Haryana . Agree that Modi 3.0 is turning phattu. 
 

There were rapes and murders in the farmer’s protest and it caused a huge economic loss to the country. In logon ko belt treatment ki avashyakta hain.

Entire regime is compromised looks like... Open season for US and CIA (tbh we all knew NC would form the new govt in JK)

But this much open interference in our most sensitive state is weird to say the least.

Remember RaGa went to US consulate and talked about Hindu terror. Opposition has always compromised  National Security. They have MoU with enemy countries, go to enemy countries and ask them to take down Modi. Nothing new here.
