On a side note, France has barely few ethnic French playing for them. I can only name Griezman (ethnically German but close enough) and the coach Deschamps. Rest are all guys with african descent. Almost every western nation has a sizeable number of blacks in their squad. Can we really call it Euro or should we rename it Euro Afro. Sgattick10 1

Yeah African origin players have physical advantages that are tapped into by these countries from a young age. African countries lack the coaching that they get in Europe, otherwise they would be stronger Brazil having a decent black population to mix with their European heritage had an advantage of sorts which has been nullified.
