NJ is a lot close 51.x to 46,. , it will soon be a swing state! No it won't be swing state. It will have a reset in the next election. But if Democrats continue to field unelectable candidates they will continue bleeding. coffee_rules 1
mishra Posted November 8, 2024 Posted November 8, 2024 All said and done, I want Pompeo back in same role as he was in previous Trump administration.

Indo-american vote shift to republicans and NJ's indo-american population is gonna make it a swing state in the future.

He ALSO increased his vote-share from last time from women. So this map is all over the place if you look closely, because when the immigrants ditch the dem party in record numbers, the maps look weird. Most immigrants care mainly about rising costs of food, clothing and shelter, and wages being able to keep up with those costs. Those were losing issues for Harris. There's really nothing more to this. I am sick of hearing about all the social issues, and sick of liberals trying to send the message that the "economy is good" based on the stock market or some such data that are irrelevant for most folks. Whether or not Trump will help them is immaterial; Harris presided over high cost increases for basic needs and paid the price. Edited November 8, 2024 by BacktoCricaddict coffee_rules and Laaloo 2

From what i know with links to HaF, the two main things that caused indian vote shift are: 1. extreme hatred of illegal immigration ( we directly suffer if there is support for illegal immigration, as it extends our line) 2. complete rejection of queer theory nonsense that sees men pretend to be women to steal spots from women and rape them in women's prisons. From what i know of latinos, #1 is a huge concern for latinos as well. mishra 1

For example, the Latino population tends to be more blue collar than the Indian-origin population. coffee_rules, mishra and Muloghonto 1 2

Even Hillary looked favorable, it was because of Kamala that made Indians vote against her than voting for Trump. Indians would vote party line till 2016, most turned around after 2020 when democrats failed on both economic and social front. One of my close friends from CA said that all trumpeters are ignorant , uneducated, rural voters who don’t know what reproductive rights mean to them!! Millionaire of course. Even for non-blue collars like Indians, the cost of living hurts and doubled up with the lunatic left fringe. 30% Indian Americans and 45% men voted for Trump. This will shift back if Republicans run their social agenda on Pro-Life more than wars/economy Edited November 8, 2024 by coffee_rules
ravishingravi Posted November 9, 2024 Author Posted November 9, 2024 He is definitely getting a position.
ravishingravi Posted November 9, 2024 Author Posted November 9, 2024 Seems like the divide is between those who trust legacy media and those who don't. Those who don't are leaning non left most likely.
ravishingravi Posted November 9, 2024 Author Posted November 9, 2024 @Austin 3:!6 what are we waiting for.

TBH, none of those seem like bad ideas as long as they are applied across the board because even the fringe righties indulge in censorship practices (e.g., De Santis with book censorships). Will X be subjected to the same penalties as Google? Will conservative universities (yes, there are plenty of those) be subjected to the same rules as the liberal ones for the same transgressions? Or will there be cherry-picking of which censorship ok and which one is not? Devil is about to meet details.
jigjig Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Now that Trump it is, I hope no impact to legal immigrants expected

Sent from my SM-S928B using Tapatalk I am not sure if this can be done by federal mandate. AFAIK, voter laws are made by each state. Regardless, as long as there is a plan to ensure that every eligible voter (including all convicted felons) is given a free voter ID by the federal government - where govt officials go to each address and hand it out, it should be no problem. Voting is a right, not a privilege. It is not like getting a driver licence G_B_ 1

G_B_ Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 People saying they have the supreme court to validate voter id.
