To be honest i was quite neutral on kamala vs trump prior to events in bd. Yes i preferred Trump given the 2016 to 2020 experience but not enough to feel India had skin in the game. Kamala was clearly a puppet. Trump tarriffs would sting.

 

There were small frictions like that Qatar based backlash on Nupur Sharma. Farmer protests were a nuisance. Manipur was an escalation. But the American deep state has put Hindus in BD on a genocidal watchlist. That is simply not pardonable. 

 

From nupur sharma to bd it was basically an exponential increase in what the usa they could inflict.

Neither Russia nor NATO is just Eastern Europe. When israel Iran comflict begun, commin sense said, Israel will be attacked by all Iranian proxies and may be Iran. Over a year later no one other than proxies (Hezbollah Syria Iran Houthis some Iraqi militia of irgc) has shown any interest in joining this war.

I seriously worry about North East and Manipur under next Trump regime especially if Theil is running the intelligence network.  It's as good as game over.

Celebrating Trump's victory as an Indian would be premature ejaculation.

 

I was reading somewhere that US & CIA is waiting for India to act on Manipur (militarily) to up the ante.

Modi knows it and is delaying the inevitable.

RIC block is the only play left & our only bargaining chip.

The West appears to be working towards escalating the Ukraine conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said following reports that US-made ATACMS missiles were used in an attack on Russia’s Bryansk Region.

Previously, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Ukrainian military had launched six long-range ATACMS missiles on the border region, noting that five of them had been intercepted by Russian air-defense systems, while another was damaged and hit the ground near a military base.

The attack comes after US President Joe Biden reportedly authorized the use of American-supplied weapons for strikes deep inside Russia last week.

Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, Lavrov admitted that he had no way to confirm whether the media reports regarding Biden’s permission granted to Kiev were true. However, he suggested that ATACMS strikes on Bryansk Region were a “clear sign that they want escalation.”

The minister noted that it is impossible to use the technologically complex ATACMS launchers without the help of the US, and recalled Russian President Vladimir Putin’s prior warning that Moscow would be forced to change its position if Ukraine received permission to use Western long-range weapons against Russian territory.

^ Looks like shyte has hit the Fan. Western Media are not reporting it. Now lets wait for Western media to claim unprovoked Russian attack on NATO assets or Carpet bombing of Kiev which killed hundreds of civilians.

The Eastern Maritime Corridor (EMC), which connects major logistics hubs in Russia’s Far East with India’s southeastern coast, has become operational, Indian Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal announced on Monday. The maritime link is expected to serve as a cheaper and faster alternative for shipping vital commodities, including oil and coal.

“The Eastern Maritime Corridor between Vladivostok and Chennai is operational now. Container ships carrying crude oil, metal, and textiles have started coming to Indian ports,” Sonowal said, according to PTI news agency. The minister described the new corridor as “not just a trade route” but also a symbol of the “growing partnership” between the two countries.

This sea route between Chennai Port, India’s second-largest container hub, and Vladivostok Port in Russia’s Far East originally opened in the 1960s and facilitated Soviet trade with India. Later, as the volume of goods being shipped decreased, it became redundant.

The revival of bilateral trade since 2022, when the South Asian nation began actively importing Russian mineral fuels and fertilizers, has been seen by both governments as one of their top priorities, given that traditional shipping routes had been disrupted by Western sanctions against Moscow.
