Bewakoof, i am the one who's speaking about every single city i've been to and you are the moron trying to talk about a city you haven't been to. You can explore all you wish, but understand this - a warehouse worker in vancouver or osaka (whcih actually has a better sushi scene than Tokyo fyi) has more experience in Sushi than a texan like you. You simply cant compare LIVING in a town great for a given cuisine to travelling to places with said good cuisine and living in a place where you dont have said good cuisine.
