What is the prediction here?

Prediction for the casual fan. Well refined assessment after mega-cricket acumen implementation. Thats what it is called in  scientific circles :)

cricket acumen is a science. So lot of hypothesis.

@maniac, yaar tu nazar lagana band kar :antijinx::jinx:

Bro I was cheerleading for Rohit when he was a bench player and backed him against all odds. He is retiring as a wc winning captain. Ishant Sharma had barely 50 wickets when I was backing him and retired as a test legend with 300 wickets. Rayudu- I repeat Rayudu became a tragic hero in Indian media for being dropped from worldcup where he would probably have sucked :giggle:

aisi nazar sab ko lage :two_thumbs_up:

Watch out for Sudarshan. Excellent talent as well. Lambi race ka ghoda (in tests and odis)

Shreyas iyer.

Will be white ball greats.

Gill will be, not Iyer. He will be a good player, not great. Also, Rinku will be more of a T20 great, not a ODI great. Its hard to keep the tempo he bats on in an ODI match consistently. Not everyone is Rohit

Sai needs to work on power game - nowadays 350-400 par for ODIs and he needs a 4/5th gear...

Boy this aged well …

he is not wrong...

even in this one off match, rutu outperformed all other batters outside Gill...

both in terms of runs and strike rate...

what about iyer, is it over for him?

He can do well in ODIS especially on flat pitches and he played a superb knock in semis so he will definitely be a part of our team for some time.
I dont expect miracles from him but he seems like a clutch player who can also smash it on flat pitches.
