Apparently Shahid Afridi is saying Kohli will forget the Indian Crowd once he sees Pak crowd.

 

Ofcourse he will forget, any suicide bomber can go kaboom...it's like living in Gaza where each and every second of your life you're under threat. Not to mention the uneducated jaahil idiot crowd, they can easily go radical under the pretext of Blasphemy.

3. Winner of a Euro tournament between England, Ireland, Scotland and Netherlands.

4. Winner of an Afro tournament between South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Kenya.

5. Winner of American tournament between WI, USA, Canada, Bermuda.

 

Add in the hosts and make it a 6 Team short and sharp tournament .. something.. anything other than the pointless grubber of a 15 - day mini wc 

Would you like to have bilateral ODI's instead of this?

The whole sport of cricket is pointless, what purpose does any sport serve?

People who care about the game and are fans of the team will always love to see the team in a tournament, Frankly I am quite excited for this trophy.

Should be given to another country to host. This drama should be stopped, what is BCCI doing with so much money and influence over ICC.. That country isnt safe anyway, other cricket boards should come together. Where will be SF-Final if India makes it? Obviously not in Pakistan . So what's the point?

Yes just give the whole tournament to UAE at this point and end this hybrid shite. Srilanka haven't qualified unfortunately or else they would've been a great host.

Issue is Sri Lanka hasnt even qualified. Its like hosting a tournament in argentina when argentina hasnt even qualified. Sri lanka has one of the best supporters in world. Through thick and thin they support the team. Only option is UAE or on the devilish pitches of Bangladesh. Or erm India

My point is that all tournaments are pointless, fans watching the tournament attach value to it.


There is no need to come up with a name for champion trophy winners, fans still bring ip the Cb series as well as The natwest trophy, all of them were pointless too.

 

Tournaments like these remain in memory for a long time

Yep.  As everyone must be aware, Dewbai/Sharjah is all about toss.  Win toss Win match. That leaves us with BD as the only reasonable option.  Ind's relation with BD (Govt to Govt) is good but their citizens/fans are worse than even Pak. BCCI knows this.  Probably thats why BCCI has cited SL/UAE as options.  It won't even think of BD.  Rightly so.
