Surya already injured without even playing a single match.some guys just cant hack it in longer formats,Surya is a great T20 batsman and he doesnt have to prove anything else by playing in other formats and age is against him too.

Good now he can concentrate  to just t20 and he should stop saying that I need to play test cricket every time

Ishan Kishan has hamstring niggle n may not play Round 1 of Duleep Trophy.

Prasidh Krishna has been ruled out , since he has not reached peak fitness.

Kohli, Rohit, Shami and Bumrah skipped it.

 

Sky, Kishan, Siraj, Umran and Prasidh all ruled out due to injury.

 

But still excited about this season because selectors will definetly rate the performance here. Golden chance to impress the selectors when the best players of the country are in one place.

Selectors will stick to queue system and there is no chance selectors will select outside the queue.

 

 The top players have skipped the tournament, and they know they would be selected and they know they would not be concerned about performance of young players.
