MK55
It was never a problem. Less so these days. Only time I get genuinely excited to watch is when such players are playing which hasn’t been the case lately. I still like the sport and watch but don’t get affected by team results as much. Also, sports in general is the best entertainment ever. I remember when I was small, I used to always have some match playing in the background while I was doing stuff on my laptop or even studying lol. Test matches were the best for this as I could have them on for hours and not get distracted as much lol. Edited August 24 by MK55 Link to comment

Last few years haven't sacrificed on sleep, go to sleep by 7 and wake up at 1:30-2 am. Wasn't the case in school, college when I used to stay up almost whole night. Have learnt to respect/value sleep as I have grown older. More important than diet, meditation and exercise IMO. What? Dude, that is a sleep schedule I have never heard of. Have heard of 8pm-4 am sleep schedule. This is weird. I don't think that's a healthy sleep schedule IMHO. THe good thing is that you have understood the importance of sleep. I wonder why we don't know the importance of sleep when we were younger. Its a stereotypical human trait Link to comment
