Express pace is somewhat overrated in this format.  It's the accurate  140-145 kph bowlers who generally win you Test matches consistently.

On these dead pitches like Rawalpindi is... It definitely is needed.

Nahid is fairly young & tbh he didn't bowled anything wayward. 

Ayub and Shakeel have batted well & conditions have eased out significantly
