Moral of the series. Fast bowlers add immense value to your side. If you want draws build a batting side. If you want wins build a bowling side.

It's bowling which wins you matches and the key to having a good bowling lineup is having decent pacers. It's not a coincidence that B'desh pacers took all 10 wkts in the 2nd innings. They always had spinners and now have pacers too.

Donald has left an everlasting impression on Bangladeshi senses and upcoming pacers

People here laughed off when I was talking about his contribution to Bengali pace psyche

They are reaping rewards now

A good coach is worth their weight in gold. I still miss Bharat Arun :((

Go ahead and laugh! They won’t stand a chance against our pacers and spinners. This isn’t Pakistan, where teams escape from 26/6. We’ve got all our bases covered minus Kohli.

The smacking from SL is fresh on my mind. I can't pretend like all the bases are covered. SL is a worse team than Bangladesh right now. Sorry but feeling a bit pessimistic after that SL tour.

Donald and Ottis Gibson have done a tremendous job, current bowling coach is Andre Adams, I think we should bring back Donald.

This. 100%

The likes of Naseem Shah, Wahab Riaz would have been on the levels of Waqar Younis if they got to bowl with tampered balls like in the 80s & 90s. Not to mention their extremely biased home umpiring before 1994-95.

No wonder Pakistani 'ATG' pacers of past have much better records playing on Ultra flat & slow home pitches than on pace friendly SENA pitches.

Can't believe why more Indians don't call out these past cheaters, ball tamperers, chukers and dopers.

lol at “home umpires”, Imran Khan was the one who pioneered the neutral umpires concept by introducing them in a home series in 1986.

Every PSL we keep hearing about these tear away pacers - Dilbar, Dahani, Ihsanullah, Hasnain etc etc.

When it comes to test cricket, they dish out Ali who was bowling same pace as Bhuvi's knuckle balls

What is going on?

They don’t meet the talunt bar in Pak which is very high.

Pakistan still plays cricket as if it's the 90s and early 2000s

Talk about living in the past

Before Allan it was Ottis Gibson who started the pace revolution along with Mominul who was the test captain back then.

Let's not get carried away, as 9/10 tests teams would defeat Bangers from the 26/6 score in that innings the tenth of course being Pak
