So it looks like they're gonna prepare a red soil track for the Chennai test. Which was the same one we have England back in 2021 where Root scored a double and we lost embarrassingly on a crumbling day 5 wicket. 

 

So again... making it a toss dependent affair deliberately. Just what on earth is wrong with our think tank? Why can't they just give normal Indian wickets like they did against England?

Flat track suits us. BD has enough firepower in their bowling to own our batsmen on helpful tracks.

 

Even if BD bat first I expect our bowlers to get them cheaply.
