yes we can but Rohit and Kohli need to go,they cant play spin anymore.

I dont see players like Gill and KL have much to offer against spin either. Remember the 2015 epic series when we beat them at home, Pujara stood out. Need that sort of a player.

Kohli was a decent player against spin back then.

the fault is with Mendis who obviously knew they were declaring and yet didnt push the envelope and was happy to remain not out

Last test tour of SL was in 2017 which is shocking tbh & they have visited us twice since then.

I think next cycle we might tour them but it won't be easy at all as they have regrouped nicely in last 4-5 months.

It was more about breaking fastest to 1000 run barrier.  It was a good declaration.

I am not sure he was aware of it lol Still he only equalled bradman. Not ATG record. They waited for the other guy to reach 100 and also target of 600.

Whether SL hv really improved (or not) under Jayasurya would be clearer when they tour SA for 2 tests in Nov this year.
