If they could stop them at Haryana border, they could stop them at Delhi border, it would cause some more problem. BJP let the farmers in Delhi for god knows what reason - to win UP lections to prove that how bad the farmers are? They let Shaheen Bagh as well just to get Delhi and it back fired.
