Chalo. First change in team working-

Kumble (during his short stint as coach in 2017) was the 1st one to enforce this rule.  Soon after we saw Chokli having a verbal fight with him. And Kumble found himself at the receiving end.        Right now, I am sure chokli is not in a position to start fighting with coach GG.  As he averages like a tailender in all formats (except ODI) in last 3 yrs.

Gambhir won't last long with this. Most teams have only light training sessions between Tests.

Somewhat reactionary this move.

That's true.    But Team Ind (being an exception) should be able to take the load of heavy training sessions.  Coz they are losing most tests inside 3 days.  So, they will always hv the luxury of extra 2 days.

"No ‘optional’ training ahead of Wankhede Test for India after streak-ending defeat in Pune"

This is not good - we should be advising the team about good areas to shop in Pune/Mumbai since the test has ended in 3 days  and it is Diwali shopping period.

In old days Laxmi Road in Pune was good for traditional Indian shopping before Diwali and Dadar areas in Mumbai.

Please advise the team on any new areas for shopping before Diwali. Pleas don't say Amazon....

I think u misunderstood it.  'No optional training session' means there will be all compulsory training sessions with heavy workload.

This is very shameful/humiliating

We have already lost the series before the 3rd test,it don't go to the last test

Humiliating specially at home

If you think about it,this should end with few careers

But shameless Rohit,Kohli, kela won't retire anytime soon

They are doing charity by serving this side rather

They don't play practice matches or domestic cricket. They walk in to the team straight after vacations. If they don't even attend practice sessions, what exactly are they in the team for? And I'm sure Kohli's already is already contemplating a break before the Aus series and have more vacation time.

The only tourney they're serious about is IPL and the irony is that Kohli sucks there too despite preferring it over intl cricket over the last few years.

Both tests have been at the venues unlucky for us. Mumbai has also not been a great test venue for us. I am expecting 3-0.

It usually has bounce. Rourke and Santner will exploit it for sure.

Lack of skill has nothing to do with luck.

They lost in Bangalore for the first time in 19 years.

They got beaten on a seaming pitch in Bangalore and on a spinning pitch in Pune.

What pitch can they win on then?
