Only way to get them is through bone test which they do at the last stage of trial and even that is not 100% accurate. Actual u16 will be no match for 18-19 year olds. So most of them dont even reach at the stage of bone test. tapandrun 1 Link to comment

Here in Uttarakhand most age group players have fake or forged documents to play in age group cricket. Oh, wasn't aware if this is happening even now. As more and more kids are being born at the hospitals, the birth registration is being done by the hospital on first day itself. So usually a birth certificate is given by municipal authority. It's only in the villages now, where folks will give some money to the sarpanch and get a new certificate created. Link to comment

I think same too but still find ways by bribing and get dates changed in birth certificate. Link to comment

tapandrun
All had ups and down in their career -- Shami,Umesh, Ishant but they were lucky that they had TM who was ready to back them and had knowldege on how to make a pace-lineup. It was investment in rght direction, had aroon fit during that time it would have been a lot potent attack. Right now looks like there is no motivation to create that kind of bowing lineup again, it takes time and patience and ability to find correct personals. All previous TM and selectors invested in sub 140 kmph bowlers, you do not make a great bowling attack with sub 140 kmph bowlers. Need to invest in tall fast and zippy and bouncy bowlers. Does Ind have such resources --yes, but does Ind has a TM and coach and captain for that-- its doubtful ... Ind wasted time and series on bowler like Unadkat, Sakaria, Mukesh, Avesh .....,saini still going on A tours is laughable if thats the planning. Acc -emerging tournament Ind sends all sub 140 kmph (t20 speeds) , are you telling there are no 140+kmph bowlers in Ind (not playing ranji rt now) singhvivek141 and rollingstoned 2 Link to comment
