Ind A vs Aus A

india A bowlers DISAPPOINTED...

mukesh - 6/10 Prasidh-5/10 Saini- 2/10 Nitish- 4/10

prasidh bowled some jaffa's and showed he has capability. Mukesh showed his line n length is immaculate/perfect but his SPEED is so disappointing. 80 percent of his balls were probably under 134k and 20 percent may be between 133 to 136k. batsman could change their shot even at back foot.

i will love to play him if he can bowl most of his balls in 133 to 138k bracket- thats what akashdeep does. mukesh's line n length is even better than akashdeep but  mukesh's pace is so slow that every batsman knows how to handle him and may be some tailenders may get out.

Because of lack of pace mukesh mostly look club level, or bowling for throw-downs, no pace no bounce. At his pace either ball should move a lot or batter needs to make mistake themselves.

In all the test he played he does not look like a #3 bowler even in odis he looked like just doing throw-downs. The problem here with this A side is there are 2 30+ yo bowlers who are not yet intnl level and are not specifically suited for Aus pitches. Even if there was a case that these may be good for Aus conditions but its not

I think Mukeshs pace is on an average quite similar to Akashdeep, he is shorter though .

As of now I would take both Mukesh and Prasidh over Siraj, hopefully Rana gets a run, not expecting too much from Rana as uts quite difficult for a bowler to debut in Aus but hopefully he can play a coupld of tests in Aus, Mukesh and Prasidh are also needed, this is going to be a taxing tour.

The selectors have selected Sani,Mukesh,Prasiddh, as main pacer and as the selection committee is,they have not taken risk .They have selected the pacers as they are experienced.

Prasiddh is injury prone and Saini has not improved his game.

Why the selectors didn't select Harshit in the A team.Instead of playing for Delhi he should have played the A game.
