I will bet that all Trump supporters on this board and elsewhere that are applauding this appointment would have been ridiculing this guy (rightly so) if he was still a Democrat. As for me I have been ridiculing his evidence-free views regardless of his party affiliation. Hopefully someone like Dr. Vinay Prasad ( a sensible anti establishment doc) can knock some sense into him about evidence based medicine and such things. Agree, anti-establishment is all good, not in public health. Leave it to Drs and public health experts.
