When you look at Avesh and Prasidh Krishna, Anshul doesn't look bad.

Prasidh has higher ceiling. Trundlers like Kamboj need to have batting ability to have any value

Prasidh has no ceiling. If someone couldn't take a wkt and looked ordinary on that mamba of a pitch in SA where the Test got over in less than 2 days and Siraj looked like reincarnation of WI greats of the past, that means you're not cut out as a bowler.

 

Kamboj would probably have picked up a few there. Enough of ceiling with likes of Prasidh and Saini. They've been around for a long time and we can't back them on the basis of potential and ceiling alone. Look at Akash Deep. He has done better than Prasidh despite coming into the team recently. For me Kamboj over Avesh, Prasidh and Saini.

125-130 kph is of no use in international cricket if you don't have decent bounce

Thats just assumption. 

 

Akashdeep debuted in India. Debuting overseas can be hard for anyone. Prasidh bowled fine in recent A games

Kamboj should be selected for the next 3 tests. Reddy and Shardul should be niggled out and Rana and Kamboj should be considered. 

 

Bumrah will play only 3 test ,Siraj hss bowled a lot in the 2 test,Akashdeep had a 7 over spell in both innings, and Prasiddh is hit or miss .

Anshul Kamboj has been added to the Test squad for India’s ongoing tour of England after Arshdeep Singh was ruled out for the fourth Test in Manchester because of a deep cut on his bowling hand.

Every trundler can be handful is he gets assistance. We need fast bowlers who can generate something out of flat pitches.

 

Pitches have been flat this series too. If its the same he'll be hammered like Thakur in 1st Test
