Most modern pacers can bowl both over and round the wicket. If they can't then they shouldn't be picked for tests. This applies to both RAF / LAF as there are lots of LHBs playing in almost every team. Link to comment

Don't we have to win 4-0 or 4-1 in BGT to have a chance ? Nope 4-0 or 4-1 would mean we don't have to depend on other results. That doesn't means we can't qualify with 3-1 or 3-2 result in our favour. Nikhil_cric and Ultimate_Game 1 1 Link to comment

Nikhil_cric
Swing for the first 10 overs in a Test innings in SA(since 2006) This Test had the 2nd highest. Also, average seam movement of 0.813 degrees . Tough, tough conditions. This reinforced kookaburra is doing a LOT Link to comment

Also that South African team had Elgar, De kock and an inform Rassie van dussen..much stronger than the current team. Bowlers didn't do a good job. They should've won the game despite our batting. 2. Everyone is to blame. What did others do if Kohli didn't score? Everyone who watched the last few SA series knows that if batsmen had showed a bit of spine, we would've won the series. But they imploded even in good batting conditions. The likes of Pujara, Kohli, Rahane laid big eggs. Other than Rahul's 100 in the opening match, none o fthe batsmen did anything the whole series (last series which we lost 2-1). Vicks57
Lol SA batting is third class if we are being honest. India should pummel this SA side into submission. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
All of them are nipping the ball around. Kumara at 141k trapped verreynne leg before. Vicks57 1 Link to comment
rollingstoned
This pitch feels like Highveld pitch, lot of spice. Keeper is collecting above shoulder from Kumara and it is zipping venomously. Edited November 28, 2024 by rollingstoned Link to comment
vvvslaxman
Energy level is important from the team. 143 kph ball. They are reviewing it Link to comment
Nikhil_cric
It's decent bowling. But SA have batted poorly in this innings. Lost 2 wickets more than they should have Link to comment
rollingstoned
Kumara has injured out Mulder by hitting him on the hand. Big blow. He took treatment for some time but it didn't work. Link to comment
Nikhil_cric
Vishwa should come around the wicket. The swing has gone now. Typical left arm seamer mistakes. Link to comment
Lone Wolf
SA can put up a fight with 150ish total SL only has Kumara but SA have got three 140k+ Pacers for this pitch. Not going to be easy ride for Lankans either. Edited November 28, 2024 by Lone Wolf Link to comment
