Not really, it affects everyone just that you could argue they're slightly more fair especially when these sort of cases come in public light. Our jaahil/gawaar just don't give a *!

On this case, the guy should have been practical. Paid the judge 5 lakh bribe. When In rome,do as Romans do.

Even if he wanted to expose them, could have done so without giving his life.

Nope.

The other side would just increase payment.

He had no other way. Salary of 84k , had to give maintenance of 40k. Add rent of 30k in Bangalore. And then the air ticket costs etc , lawyer costs.

It is corruption because the blacks are generally near the bottom of the US' economic fountain, notice how many of those instances almost never involve influential people including colored communities? Why do you think that is, same goes for riots in India! When was the last time you saw a famous millionaire/billionaire lynched in a riot in India, Hindu or Muslim?

Really don't care about what happens in the US.

That whataboutery of corruption existing everywhere doesn't enter the picture.

There's no whataboutery I'm just telling him that corruption is the same everywhere in the world, it doesn't matter where you are today! With money/power everything changes for you & there's no exceptions when you're talking about a nation/continent or whatever else.

Crux of matter is india is very good at making laws but poor at implementation/execution.

This ranges from domestic issues to property rights.

Only real winners are lawyers and judiciary.

There is like 1 judge per 10000 people in india.

My cousin got into property dispute with some ex business partners. Before you know it, there was a woman alleging rape against him. This woman has alleged rape against 5 other individuals. Is professional at getting raped.

He was engaged and the other party broke it off. Luckily he had family support and is happlity married. But it took 8 years for that case to be dismissed after he paid 20lakhs with "setting".

My advise to oci and nri who want to invest in india.

Think 10 times before you buy assets like land. If you have to buy real estate then make sure its an apartment. Secure that apartment and also be in touch with multiple soceity members.

Never rent said apartment, hard to drive out folks who refuse to leave.

Bank employees are also scum. Monitor your accounts like a hawk.

Best way to invest in india is via an etf. You will pay more taxes but it will be secure and you can enjoy the indian growth story.

What do you expect from lawyer. No moral, No ethics, NO policies, no ideas, just good oratory arguements. They will sell to highest bidder

It's not just lawyers, it's power-crazy politicians in general. The establishment, and this includes DJT's new cabal - the 2025 version of an establishment.

You can be right about DJT and Cabal. It wasnt about comparision with politicians.

You need have a lawyer friend or be a lawyer to understand that what i said is always 100% right. Their trade cements immorality, removes any traces of ethics or humanity from them.

64k 498a cases or rape cases also? Many of these are fake too.

Both - fake cases on men where they have given up and committed suicides. This was even higher in 2022 (90k) There are lakhs of such cases , 498A cases are mostly (more than 50%) for. This data is from courts themselves. Same with SC/ST atrocity cases where most like 90% are fake. Real discrimination gets past the law as they are poor, those with means and access will apply these fake cases to harass people. Who are caught with fake cases need to be prosecuted, jailed for years as a deterrent.

In India, most of middle class families avoid police and courts. Inn court kacheri police maamlon mein mat padhna- many movies have this dialogue. Lawyers, judges, police can bankrupt people.

People who lie in divorce cases aren't tried for perjury. That's one of the biggest drawbacks of the judicial system.

Get caught lying and they still are let off.

True for rape cases as well. Waise hi the real ones won't come out because it is a taboo, the fake ones go scot free with a  slap on the wrist. Don't do it again. There is one case of a lady in Delhi had lodged 8 or 9 cases of rape on men to harass either for money/property

Thousands of such cases where there is no legal recourse for men. There is no men's commission like NCW in India.Only some NGOs working in this case.

I think in his case, he probably know he was being conned. If she can openly ask him for 5 lakhs, she would have negotiated an equal sum with his wife also and he would be screwed of giving up a large sum of money. There are cuts for lawyers too, maybe even his lawyer is in on it. Sab milke choosenge inko..

He exposed them with a video and all the evidence. But what was the need to die?Nothing is worth giving your life for.
